JOB DESCRIPTION: Research Software Engineer working on development/maintenance of Automotive Infotainment devices Responsibilities • Understand system architecture of In-Vehicle Infotainment Embedded System and new requirements • Software Requirement analysis, estimating new features • Software development. maintenance • Design, development and testing as per the process • Defect analysis and Fixing • Communication with internal and external stakeholders Required skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electronics,/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in software design and development for automotive embedded systems • Expert level in C/C++ on Embedded Linux/Android • AOSP experience & android framework experience is must • Linux container experience • GIT/Gerrit experience • DRM L1 & L3 knowledge is required Good to have: • BSP experience with board bring up is a plus • Linux kernel experience is added benefit • Network communication experience is a benefit
