• 2-5 years of working experience with Product Implementations
• Working knowledge of Websites, Services, batch processing, and SQL Databases
• Basic knowledge of IT Hardware, Networking, Cloud computing
• Complex problem solving skills
• Ability to diagnose & address application issues
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
